Sirius Interview - How to be more successful in your job search

I had a great time talking with Dr Dawn on her Career Talk Radio on Sirius Channel 110.

Dawn is the Director of Career Advancement at Wharton'ss Executive MBA Program in Pennsylvania. I assist her counterpart Steve Hernandez at the San Francisco Campus.

So the tone was comfortable and frankly we had fun. We discussed what happens after you send in your resume. Both of us believe understanding what happens there is important.

Also, we talked about reaching out to people in an organization, often they receive a bonus for referring candidates that get hired.

But the core thought: treat an interview like a conversation. Candidates should ask questions and not try to "over talk".
