About Me
A Career Coach for more than a decade, I was also a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader in Silicon Valley, hiring more than 1,000 people in engineering, sales, and marketing, finance, and operations. As they grew and looked for new opportunities they reached out for ideas and direction.
I apply the ideas and experiences learned from leading entrepreneurs plus my founding a successful eCommerce firm. These experiences taught me the nuts and bolts of business and leadership.
I also coach and assist in the Career Success programs at the Wharton Executive MBA Program in San Francisco. We've developed an innovative program called the "Job Search Action Group".
A graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching, I'm a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I have a B.S. in Health Information Systems with an Emphasis in Psychology and Nursing.
